Description

Program 1534-S, "Army Recruiting Publicity Item Pamphlets." Term contract for the period date of award through March 31, 2002 with up to four option periods through March 31, 2006. Pamphlets up to 9 x 12". Most pamphlets up to 5-1/2 x 8-1/2". Stock: No. 1 White Coated Text, Gloss Finish, 70 and 80 lbs. equal to JCP Code A181 and No. 1 White Coated Cover, Gloss Finish, 60, 80, and 100 lbs. equal to JCP Code L11. All orders in 4-color procss with most orders with additional flat colors and additional coatings. Quantities range from 5,000 to over 1,000,000. Approximately 36 orders per year. Neigher the printing nor the extensive up front computer work and related prepress operations may be subcontracted. 20 workday production schedule with approximately 25% of the orders requiring an accelerated schedule for the first 75,000 copies. Quality Level I. IMMEDIATELY FAX BID REQUEST ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD. Cite company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and GPO Contractor's code number (if available). Only one bid request per letter. A bid will be mailed to the requestor. Bids will not be faxed. If bidder desires bid to be sent via an overnight delivery service indicate that on the bid request with your account number for that service. Bid will then be overnighted at bidder's expense.
