Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Maritime Software Solutions, 5704 Marlin Ct, Jacksonville, FL on an other than open & full competitive basis to purchase 1280 hours of software design support for the Beartrap Magnetic Quick Look (MQL) system, interface analysis support and software support for the Automatic Quick Look upgrade. This is a continuing effort to upgrade the Project's magnetic post mission processor. Maritime Software Solutions has performed the original software design. They are the only known source who can complete the MQL system upgrade. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Maritime Software Solutions. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
