Description

Provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment for elevator maintenance service, including callback and minor repair service for two (2) hydraulic passenger elevators located at the Carl D. Perkins Federal Building & U. S. Courthouse , 1405 Greenup Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101. The performance period shall be from August 24, 2001 through August 23, 2004 with the possibility of two (2) three (3) year option periods each. The Perkins FOB is sixteen (16) years old and three (3) stories high. The estimated callback hours are (10) and the estimated yearly minor repair hours are ten (10).
