Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is negotiating with the University of Michigan as a sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the project entitled "Mapping Genes for Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM)". The justification for this determination is based upon the principle investigator's expertise in statistical genetic analysis of the Fusion database. The estimated period of performance is 3 years.
