This requirement is for a competitive contract to provide for the manufacture and delivery of thirty (30) units of the redesigned sequencers meeting the drawing and design specifications for F-18 and T-45 aircraft aircrew escape systems outlined in Boeing specification 74B808233-101. Award shall be based on "best value". Evaluation Factors are (1) Technical Comprehension and (2) Cost/Price. The proposed contract is 100% set-a-side for small business.
