This is a "Request for Quotation", not a purchase order. The RFQ will be ready for issued on or about March 23, 2001, via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued, except for special cases. It is the imcumbent upon contractors to monitor the EPS systems for RFQ release and all subsequent amendements. Written quotations are due not later than 6 April 2001.*****
