Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command plans to conduct a limited competition for the production of MK 39 Mod 2 Expendable Mobile ASW Training Targets (EMATT). This contract will have a base and five one-year options, with stepladder quantities. Competition will be limited, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), to the two qualified producers of the MK 39 EMATT: Sippican, Inc., and Sechan Electronics, Inc..
