Soliciting Unrestricted, other than full and open competition for a quantity of 69 each with 100% option for delivery to Stockton, CA. FOB Origin, inspection/acceptance at Origin due to flight safety critical part. Configuration control applies. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
