Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Covington Aircraft, P O Box 1344, Okmulgee, OK on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase a repair of a R985 aircraft engine. Covington Aircraft is the only known major repair facility, FAA approved, to overhaul this engine due to its age. Without this repair, flight operations will be delayed. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Covington Aircraft. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotations may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
