Description

The US Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistic Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, intends to procure the following: 1. Propeller Shaft Removal and Installation. 2. Renewal of Strut and Stern Tube Bearings. 3. Underwater Body Preservation (25% vinyl). 4. Zinc Anode Renewal. 5. Haulout and underwaterbody work. 6. Weather deck preservation. 7. Superstructure Preservation and Datacouple inspection. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplfied Acquisition Procedures. Attention: Minority Women Owed and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are avaible under the a DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) At prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maxium line of credit is $500,000.
