Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to W and G Machine Company, Hamden, CT 06517-3149 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT 06615-9129. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Required delivery with First Article Test is 178 each 300 days after contract award. First Article Test Report is due 228 days after contract award. Required delivery without First Article Test is 178 each 240 days after contract award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
