Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for repairs and an addition at the Connelly Clinic on Fort Gordon, GA. Work shall include changes and additions to lighting, hvac, electrical , data, interior finishes and plumbing systems. It shall also include construction of an addition to the building with associated interior work. The performance period for this project is 270 days. The approximate cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Payment and performance bonding is required. The work is located at Fort Gordon, GA. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320, and size standard $27.5 million are applicable. Site tours will be scheduled by appointment.
