Description

This a request for proposal for various trades type efforts that may include, but not limited to, framing, drywall, painting, electrical, tile, carpeting, remove and replace, etc. This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. Required services will include inspect and provide estimates and if contracted, complete the work. Individual jobs will not exceed $2,500 for facilities maintenance services and $2,000 for construction type work. Place of performance is the Puget Sound Region. This effort is for a base period of 6 months plus one option of 6 months. The intent is to award a single contract for all items, however, the government reserves the right to award multiple contracts. The estimated value of this effort is $50,000. The minimum guarantee is $10,000. Evaluations will be based on a combination of past performance, sample tasks and price. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Note 1 applies. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. Telephone requests will not be honored.
