Y -- This solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated cost of construction is $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code assigned is 1541 (NAICS) 235930 with a Size Standard of $27,500,000.00. Construction completion is 420 calendar days. Project consists of the construction of 200,000 sf warehouse with precast concrete panels, Administrative Office, locker rooms, utility rooms, HVAC system for the building, lightning protection, utilities including communication line, underground steam line, water line, sanitary sewer, storm drains, paving, and demolition of existing building.. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT, FREE OF CHARGE, TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS. THE MEDIA THROUGH WHICH THE GOVERNMENT CHOOSES TO ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE IN EITHER; COMPACT DISK (CD) OR WEB SITE; THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN PAPER. CONTRACTORS MAY VIEW AND/OR DOWNLOAD SOLICITATION INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET AT HTTP://EBS.NAB.USACE.ARMY.MIL. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST GO TO THIS WEB SITE TO REGISTER AS A PLAN HOLDER. IN ORDER TO REGISTER EACH CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE A VALID DUN & BRADSTREET NUMBER AND CAGE CODE NUMBER ASSIGNED FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION BEING REGISTERED AND ALSO BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR DATABASE. EACH CONTRACTOR NEED ONLY REGISTER ONCE FOR EACH SOLICITATION. ONLY REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS WILL BE PROVIDED THE SOLICITATION. This procurement will be advertised as a Request for Proposal and will be evaluated for Best Value for award of the project. The technical evaluation criteria will be established in the RFP. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
