Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 12,000 rentable square feet of fully serviced office space which must yield approximately 10,500 usable square feet for personnel, furnishings and equipment in Temple, Texas. The lease term is 10 years firm. Office space must be located on the first floor and contiguous. A total of 68 on site parking spaces is required in accordance with local codes and with adequate handicap and visitor parking at no additional cost to the government. The office space must be located in the central business district of Temple, Texas. The following delineated area applies: North boundary-French Avenue South boundary-AT & SF Railroad tracks East boundary- 10th Street West boundary -- French Avenue to Calhoun Avenue in a southerly direction along 3rd Street; Calhoun Avenue to Barton Avenue in a southerly direction along 7th Street; Barton Avenue to Adams Avenue in a southerly direction along 9th Street; Adams Avenue to AT & SF Railroad tracks in a westerly direction.
