Description

Furnish all necessary supervision, personnel, supplies and equipment to perform shelf stocking, receiving,storage/holding area and custodial services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), U.S. Air Force Academy Commissary located in Colorado Springs, Colorado in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base peiod is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 and includes four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990 and the business size standard is $5.0 million. This requirement has been placed on the Procurement List under the provisions of the Javits Wagner-o' Day Act (41 U.S.C. 4646-48c). Therefore, we will solicit under the Commercial Cost Comparison (C3) solicitation procedures. Offers submitted in response to this solicitation will be reviewed in conjunction with the price submitted under the provisions of the JWOD Program. If the JWOD price is more than 15% of the otherwise successful offeror's price, an exception to the government's mandatory use of the Procurement List will be granted and an award will be made to the commercial offeror.
