Description

The Air Force intends to modify sole source purchase order number F41691-01-P-0044 to Ibertech Inc., 235 NE Loop 820 Suite 500, Hurst, TX 75063 for additional licenses and maintenance support of existing Aloha Software. This Modification is adding 50 sites. All responsible interested sources shall submit concise documentation as to ability to provide this service by the deadline of 4:00 PM Central time, 28 March 01. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
