Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a class of orders for a period of one year under Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-98-G-0013) with BAE Systems, Nashua, NH. The class of orders to be issued under the subject BOA include engineering, prototyping and testing, technical data and manuals, special studies, modification of GFE for prototyping and testing, repairs, Software Support, Test Support and other engineering services in support of the Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures Radio Frequency Countermeasures system. The BOA will be issued on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the IDECM RFCM. No other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements.
