Description

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center (NBC)proposes to contract for services to obtain rental surveys in Washington, D.C. and the Caribbean Islands. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation No. NBCD1Q00028 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The associated NAICS code is 5140. The contractor shall provide all travel expenses, photographs, written reports and labor necessary to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW may be obtained by contacting the Contracting Officer as indicated below. The performance period for all activities necessary to accomplish this SOW is 90 calendar days after award. The offeror shall provide a price for each deliverable item in the SOW. This contract will be awarded as a complete package. No partial bids will be accepted. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The quotations wil be evaluated against the evaluation criteria listed in the SOW, including how well the quotation meets the technical requirements and performance schedule and the competitiveness/reasonableness of its price. FAR 52.212-1; 52.212-4;and 52.212-5 with subparts (1), (5), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (22), (24), (26); 52.217-5; 52.217-8 (notice prior to expiration of the performance period) 52.222-41; 52.222-42; 52.222-44 & 52/222-49 applies. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quotation which may be downloaded at www.arnet.gov.
