Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to replace roof. Work includes, but is not limited to: the demolition of the existing roofing materials, which includes gravel, membranes insulation and flashing. Installation work includes a new built-up roof replacement. Work will be performed at the National Archive and Records Center, 3150 Springboro Road, Dayton, Ohio. The completion time for this project is 120 calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed. The North American Industrial Classification System is 235610 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is full and open competition under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. This is a negotiated-best value procurement. Solicitation will be available on or about April 13, 2001. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
