Description

Work consists of providing all labor, materials, and supervision for alterations to the Meriwether Picnic Area shelter and for roofing the Meriwether cabin and generator shed. Work includes but is not limited to construction of an addition attached to the existing shelter, pouring a concrete slab, roofing, remodeling the existing shelter, refurbishing existing fireplace, and general site grading and demolition in preparation for addition. Project location Helena Ranger District, Helena National Forest, Lewis and Clark county, Montana. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000; NAICS code 233320; estimated start work date May 7, 2001; contract time 50 calendar days; estimated issue date 4/9/2001; no pre-bid tour. Evaluation factors for AWARD "A": Offer of award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determinded by the Copntracting Officer, is most advantageous to the Government, considering, but not limited to, factors such as price, Contractor capacity to do the work, experience with this type of work, and past performance.
