Description

Black and white (B&W) and Color Infrared aerial photography for eight (8) items comprising approximately 91,149 linear miles in the states of Oregon, California, Wyoming and Montana to be flown to National Aerial Photography Program (NAPP) specifications. The period of performance is one year. Solicitation No. 01ERSS0007 will be available on or about April 9, 2001. Requests for Solicitation No. 01ERSS0007 shall be in writing (telephone requests will not be honored). Requests may be faxed to (703) 648-7901 (telephone confirmation is recommended). This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, "Commercial Acquisition Procedures", to the maximum extent possible. There will be no public opening of offers. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Reference Footnote Number 12.
