Description

Single award term contract for period May 1, 2001 through April 30, 2002, for the General Services Administration. Production area assumed to be within the Los Angeles, CA commercial zone. Production of text matter, films, and blueprints. For copying, approximately 50 orders per year, approximately 3 to 400 copies per order, with an average of 38 copies per order, approximately 1 to 450 leaves per order, with an average of 42 leaves one sided, and an average of 142 leaves two sided. Trim size 8-1/2 x 11" and 8-1/2 x 14". For Blueprints, approxiamtely 25 orders per year, approximately 3 to 150 sets of blueprints per order, with an average of 30 sets of blueprints per order, approxiamtely 1 to 80 originals per set, with an average of 15 originals per set. Blueprints average approximately 9 square feet. Diazo blueprints, and sepia print are up to 36 x 48". Operations include copy pickup, camera work, copying, binding, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution. Four hours to three workday production schedule.
