Description

This requirement is to upgrade the software to add a Smart Coasting capability to the Cape Cod Canal Marine Traffic Control System (MTCS), upgrade the radar processors throughout the MTCS, and upgrade certain database interfaces. The capabilities to be provided by this MTCS upgrade are critical to the direct fulfillment of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' mission. It involves embedded systems, subsystems, and applications that are an integral part of the MTCS. The requirement also includes troubleshooting form problems and submittal of various data items. Anticipated period of performance: 7 months for upgrade effort and 12 months for troubleshooting forms problems.
