Description

Engineering, Technical and Program Management Services in support of Multiple Ship Survivability, shipboard system design, ship & system testing, computer programming, and training programs. All efforts will have emphasis on developing methods and processes to ensure the successful, accurate, efficient and timely completion of tasks, milestone events; and initiatives. This tasking will include providing continued support for the following ongoing efforts: Support of the DDG 51 Class Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) System evaluation for the Live Fire Test &Evaluation (LFT&E) effort; Support of the DD 21 LFT&E Program; Support of the Supersonic Missile Weapon Effect Test (WET); Technical support of the Automated Common Diagram (ACD) Program; DDG 51 and DD 21 Class Ship Survivability Design Improvement (SSDI) study; DDG 51 and DD 21 Class LFT&E Modeling Verification Validation and Accreditation (V,V&A); Programming for the Machinery Control System; Electrical system design, evaluation and testing support for LPD 17; Smart Ship enhancements; Develop control algorithms to create survivable, self-healing, reconfigurable networks for use on shipboard fluid systems; and Engineering support for the development and testing of Autonomous Agent Technology for improved survivability. Approximately 146,350 hours of services are required over a five-year period. It is intended to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, with ROI Consulting LLC, 2680 Brunetta Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360.
