Description

The IRS has a requirement for a comprehensive EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) as described in detail in our CBD synopsis dated 02/15/01, which should be referenced. The IRS employee population is approximately 115,000. This will be an unrestricted procurement. Responses to our earlier sources sought notice are not considered offers. The target date for issuance of the solicitation is approx. 04/27/01; the closing date will be 30 days after RFP issuance. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the IRS procurement web site at www.procurement.irs.treas.gov, and paper copies will not be issued to vendors having Internet access. CBD numbered Notes 25 and 26 apply.
