Description

SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to award a sole source contract to Digital Creations, Inc. for a requirement to provide template changes, implementation, and deployment of the Computer Automated Information System (CAIS) for the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) business process for the two Integrated Project Teams F404/F414. This effort is the completion of existing tasks and Digital Creations, Inc. is the only firm with the requisite knowledge to complete the task in the appropriate time frame.
