- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR MODERN DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS ONLINE INSTRUCTIONAL MODULE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions that have been raised regarding this solicitation. 1. QUESTION: Do we have to be a GSA contracted company to reply to this RFQ? If so, can you tell me where I can find information on how to gain this status? ANSWER: No you do not have to be a GSA contracted company to reply to this RFQ. This is a website that may be helpful to you on applying for GSA schedule -- http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/main.jsp?tab=home 2. QUESTION: May we submit examples of our work with our response to the RFQ? Would this material be viewed and considered as part of the evaluation criteria? ANSWER: Yes, the Statement of Work states under the "Evaluation Criteria" that the Contractor shall provide a list of recent clients with point of contact and telephone numbers, rough draft materials to be used in meeting the training requirements which will be returned after award of the contract, and submit an action plan on how the requested services will be completed including: how contact with our subject matter expert will be accomplished, time requirement for interaction with our subject matter expert, etc. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on March 15, 2001. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
