Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item(s): 1) Portable Spectrum Analyzer P/N HP8562E with soft carry case, Qty 1. 2) HP Benchlink Software E4444A, Qty 2. This requirement is a sole source as this is a direct replacement spare unit for an existing unit. The order will be issued to Agilent Technologies, PO Box 3828 Englewood, CO 80155-3828. Any firms believing that they can provide the Spectrum Analyzer may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. Firm must clearly show its' ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the equipment or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
