REMARKS Multiple NSNs for PR No. ARG01037CH0051: NSN: 2995-00-915-7772/Part Number S6132-61006-1/Annual Estimated Quantity: 08 each; NSN: 2995-01-130-2813/Part Number 65311-01001-042/Annual Estimated Quantity: 24 each; NSN: 2995-01-144-0040/Part Number 65311-03003-101/Annual Estimated Quantity: 96 each; and NSN: 2995-01-129-3589/Part Number 65311-03007-101/Annual Estimated Quantity: 36 each. Solicitation will include a quantity option for increase up to 100%. Origin inspection required. Critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. The approved source under both NSNs is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286). Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Government's required deliveries under NSN 2995-00-915-7772 is 205 days ARO; NSN 2995-01-130-2813 is 230 days ARO; NSN 2995-01-144-0040 is 318 days ARO; and NSN 2995-01-129-3589 IS 165 days ARO. Sole Source Notice (Note 22) and Commercial Notice (Note 26). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSNs. ABVS: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
