The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past performance is slightly more important than price. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 5 April 2001. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
