Description

Contractor shall purchase 3 specified domestic hot water heaters and provide all labor, supervision, materials & equipment necessary to install 4 domestic hot water heaters IAW specifications at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, Detroit, MI. Work will include removal of 4 existing hot water heaters and all related piping. Cost range: $100,000 -- $250,000. Bid package will be available on or about 3/19/01 from Jodi A. Cokl, at above address or FAX request to (313) 576-1077. Only written requests will be accepted. In accordance with the CDP, this IFB will not be set-aside for small businesses. Bids are due April 18, 2001, at 1:00 PM local time in room B4213 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, in Detroit, Michigan (address shown above). Site visit will begin in the Medical Center's Engineering Conference Room at 10:00 am local time on April 4, 2001.
