Description

WMATA is requesting proposals for RFP-C-1G0042/PTB, for a = Design-Builder to design and construct Line, trackwork and systems = project. The Design-Builder shall provide professional engineering and = architectural services necessary for the complete design and = preparation of the Final Design and Final Design Drawings and = Specifications. The Design-Builder shall also furnish all labor, = equipment, materials, project management, etc., required for = construction of the project. The contract will be awarded utilizing a = Two-Phase Design-Build Selection procedure. Based on evaluation of = Phase-One proposals up to five of the most highly rated offerors will = be selected to submit technical and price proposals in Phase-Two. = Estimated cost $170-195 M.
