Description

This project is a Request for Quotes for the construction of a women's locker room addition at Cass Job Corps Center, Franklin County, Ozark, Arkansas. The Cass Job Corps Center is located 13 miles north of Ozark, Arkansas, on Highway 23. Ozark is 30 miles east of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, on I-40. The center occupies USDA Forest Service property in the Ozark National Forest. The project includes the construction of a single story addition, approximately 528 gross square feet, of a women's locker room to existing gymnasium. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The performance period for the proposed contract is 140 calendar days. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The tentative due date for the receipt of quotes is May 7, 2001. This date is subject to change.
