Description

17. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is DAKF23-01-R-0209 for Landscaping services at Ft. Campbell, KY. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This is a competitive acquisition restricted to small business firms. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS code 561730 with a small business size standard of $5 million. The Government anticipates award of a contract for a twelve month base period and 4 option periods of twelve months each. Anticipated base period of performance is 1 May 01 -- 30 April 02. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Government.
