Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, itilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Sentier Research LLC, 8 Mayo Avenue, Annapolis MD 21403 to develop a SIPP-based data set to clarify employment outcomes under welfare reform. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
