The following changes are made in this second modification: An estimated quantity of service that will be requested per month is $1400.00. This may vary based upon projects that may be scheduled in future fiscal years. An upper limit of $100,000.00 per year is set. ALL INFORMATION AND ATTACHMENTS MAY BE FOUND AT www.eps.gov, LISTED UNDER: USAF, AIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND then ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE. The following changes have been made: Paragraph 1.3.1 of the statement of work regarding contractor certification with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. Paragraph 1.4.5.1 of the statement of work on price evaluation. Response time This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F34612-01-QV024 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. This acquisition is set aside for small business and is under NAICS code 541690, with a small business size standard of $5.0 million. Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to provide sample analysis in accordance with the statement of work. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at: www.ccr2000.com/.
