Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 00T0395 is issued as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. NAICS code for this solicitation is 541519 with a size standard of $18.0 million. The following item is required: Clin 0001 -- Telephone Management System. 1 Each. The system must be compatable with existing Lucent Technologies Definity G3 PBX. The system must be networkable windows based and include a cable managment program, call accounting system, moral call manager, and security features. Standard features include electronic set management; accomodate 3 to 12 digit dialing plans; document block and Jack configurations; work order tracking; password protection & file security; identify most commonly used and dialed numbers; print directories by telephone number, job description, personnel or organization. Moral call System Administrator should be able to determine maximum call time per account, assign PIN #'s, audit account balances, determine the number of warning minutes to callers before disconnect. Security features should include encrytped password protection of the system, record all called numbers and store with associated PIN, verify user definable table to authenticate official vs unofficial calls. This system will be utilized by the Utah Air National Guard. Delivery/acceptance is FOB Destination UTANG Base, Salt Lake City, UT. Delivery time shall be 60 days ARO. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.215-5. The following evaluation criteria shall be used as addenda to FAR 52.212-2(a); 1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the needs of the Government, 2) Price, 3) Past performance. The Government reserves the right to award on the best value basis. All offers must include specifications of the item quoted and completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Offerors should include with their quotation: GSA Contract number if applicalbe, DUNN and Bradstreet number, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number, and place (city, Sate) of manufacture.
