Description

The National Business Center-Products and Services (NBC) has a request for information (RFI) from potential vendors or other sources with the capability to provide WAN managed Network Services for a nationwide ATM/Frame Relay IP network. Responses should include information on capabilities in the following areas at a minimum: Fault Management (Trouble-Ticketing/Event Notification/Problem Resolution), Configuration Management, Security Management (Firewall and VPN management, and Intrusion Detection), Real-Time and Historical Reporting/Trend Analysis and Forecasting, and Service Level Agreements. Responses should include capability statement support with documentation such as literature, procedures, work experiences or any information that would support the Government in determining its needs.
