Description

The DUE DATE for White Papers is extended. White Papers are due on or before 1600 (4:30PM) Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday, 27 March 2001. There is a misprint in the Proposal Information Package (PIP) under paragraph 6.0 entitled PROPOSAL FORMAT. The reference to "Section 6.0" stated in the paragraph entitled "Volume I. Technical and Management Proposal" is corrected to read "Section 5.0" wherever it appears under items B, C, D, H, and I. The proposal format instructions in this section should refer back to the instructions provided under paragraph 5.0 entitled WHITE PAPER FORMAT. To obtain information regarding teaming and partnering arrangements and answers to the questions submitted regarding this Broad Agency Announcement are made available at http://www.onr.nay.mil.
