Description

This is a firm-fixed price, requirements contract, 1 basic year plus 4 option years procurement. A delivery order is expected to be placed NLT 15 December of Each Year beginning in 2001. Delivery date is 15 March of Each Year, starting in 2002. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform all requirements associated with this solicitation. Each uniform shall be manufactured IAW USAFA Cadet Military Uniform specifications and Human Systems Center. Garment patterns will be furnished by the government in sizes Men Coat 40R, Men Slacks 34R, Women Coat 10R, Women Slacks 10R, and Women Skirts 10R. Uniforms are made-to-measure and consist of men's coats and trousers and women's coats skirts and slacks. Contractor must be Air Force certified for each applicable garment through Wright Patterson AFB OH 45533-7009, (937) 255-6073. Packing Level 1 is required. Bar Code must be approved prior to shipment. First Article is required on (one each) Men's Coat 40R, Women's Coat 10R, Women's Skirt 10R, Women's Slacks 10R and Men's Trousers 34R. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (315211) applies.
