Note -- 23 Firm fixed price task for a course to include curriculum providing a systematic approach to statistical consulting so that successes can be achieved reliably and with maximum efficiency. Course must provide the following: a) empirically based theory for conducting effective professional conversations b) individualized assessment for course participants regarding their consulting skills using videotaped practive consultations specifically designed to reflect a participant's work situation c) individualized coaching in the effective implementation of the theory d) individualized plan for each participant Training schedule to begin 29 March 2001 Award will be made on best value considering the following in descending order: 1.
