This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR PART 13. NO RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis and order for the following: (Manufacturer: Radview Software, Inc .) 1. Resource Manager -1000, includes: combined automatic functional verification/stress-test (real-time HTML preview/script debugger, document object model analyzer, URL site link-checker), regression analysis tool, performance monitor stats capture (NT Per Mon, UNIX-rSTATd, SNMP), up to 1,000 concurrent virtual-client pool, unlimited load generators, agenda authoring tools (AAT) for universal and SSL-Encrypted script-recording, 1 probing client, and annual support & maintenance, P/N: RM1000, qty: 1 lot.
