Description

The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for delivery of Bulk Liquid Nitrogen, Technical, Type II, Grade B, 99.50% Purity, Low Moisture Content to NRL's Government-owned tanks and contractor-leased tanks. This solicitation also provides for the purchasing of contractor supplied tanks, if necessary. The Government anticipates a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with a minimum quantity of 1,500,000 gallons and a maximum quantity of 7,000,000 gallons. Incumbent contract is Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. Allentown, PA. Details regarding a site visit will be provided in Section L of the solicitation. The Naval Research Laboratory uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. A detailed statement of work will be issued with the solicitation. This solicitation and any amendments to it will be available via the Internet at the URL address shown below. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided.
