This action is applicable to the OH-58 Airframe Unit (T-703). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to the approved source, Chelton Incorporated, 1720 Lake Pointe Drive, Suite 112, P.O. Box 976, Lewisville, TX 75057-6408. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
