NSN: 1260-01-296-4892, PN: 340800-502, Quantity 7 each with 100% options per year exercisable for 2 years & 1260-01-293-6337, PN: 340500-504, Quantity 27 each with 100% options per year exercisable for 2 years, applicable to the OH-58D Airframe. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The data needed to acquired this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. The approved source is Northrop Grumman Corp (26916). The required delivery for part number 340800-502 is 4 each 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 4 each month thereafter until complete. The required delivery for part number 340500-504 is 2 each 330 Days After Contract Award and 2 each month thereafter until complete. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above.
