Description

Z- Repair HVAC, Squadron Ops, Bldg 497, Offutt AFB NE. Project SGBP-91-0027. Solicitation Number: F25600-01-B0026. Project consists of replacing the entire heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in building 497. Plumbing system shall be replaced as shown. New sprinkler system shall be installed. This involves ductwork, air handling units, pumps, coils and heat pump equipment. Asbestos removal is also required. Issue date is 0/A 16 Apr 01; Bid opening date is O/A 16 May 01 at 2:00PM CST. A site visit is sceduled for 23 Apr 01 at 2:00PM. Notification of intention to attend site visit is reqiured not later than COB 20 Apr 01. NAICS Code: 235110. SBA Size Standard: $11.5M.
