, Ref Nr PART NUMBER AND NSN TO BE DETERMINED (TBD), Qty 250 EA, Delivery FOB Origin -- the Naval Inventory Control Point Philadelphia (NAVICP-PHIL) anticipates award of a Logistic Engineering Change Proposal (LECP) to (29957) The Nordam Group, Inc., Tulsa, OK; the LECP, via the associated Statement of Work (SOW), defines the requirements for the design, development, fabrication, documentation, test and delivery of improved S-3 Aircraft Engine Air Inlet Inner Skin Assemblies; the replacement Inner Skin Assemblies will be of a design similar to that which has been proven on the Air Force A-10 aircraft to dampen acoustical vibration; the redesign will replace the current riveted Inner Skin Assemblies with assemblies that utilize structural adhesives in lieu of rivets; this change will serve to increase the acoustic dampening capabilities of the Inner Skin Assemblies which will reduce the number of failures caused by sonic vibration fatigue; See Code 26, See Note 22 *****
