Description

Project consists of constructing a gravity sewer system and two sanitary mound systems including a lift station, septic tanks, and miscellaneous related work at Ocean Pond Recreation Area, Osceola National Forest, Osceola Ranger District, Baker County, FL. Project site is located approximately 15 miles east of Lake City, FL off of U.S. Highway 90. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Any contract award will be based on "best value" to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria: past performance, experience and price listed in order of importance. This project is 100% set-aside for "emerging small businesses" under the U. S. Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The emerging small business size standard is $8.5 million and the NAIC Code is 234910. The Government's estimated price range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000.
