Description

The Social Security Administration is looking for a build to suit within the City Limits of Gallup, New Mexico. The lease will be 10 years firm, for 6,450 -- 6,700 rentable square feet of space that will yield 5,608 -- 5,826 occupiable square feet of office and related space. The parking requirement is for 46 parking spaces that will be divided into two areas, one for the employees with 15 parking spaces and one for the general public with 30 parking spaces.
